Hello There,

I finally got the recipe for you.
The crust:
    4 C. Flour
    1 T Sugar
    1 tsp Salt
    1 3/4 C Crisco
  Cut Crisco into flour mixture
    Mix together:
    1/2 C Water
    1 T Vinegar
    1 Egg
  Add this to your flour mixture and mix until it makes a ball.
 
Filling:
    Round Steak (cubed)
    Carrots, cut into small pieces
    Potatoes, cut into small pieces
    Little Onion, chopped in small pieces
    Salt & Pepper
  Mix this all together.
 
Now you can make them 2 different ways.
You can roll your crust out and make them like a big pie or put the crust in a cake pan and make a big pastie like that or what I do is make individual pasties.  I roll out a small amount of crust, put the meat filling in the middle and fold the crust over meat and pinch edges of dough together.
I usually get about 6 - 8 individuals.  Make a few slits in the top with a knife and bake @ 350 for about 1 hr.  ENJOY!!!
I haven't made these in awhile, I may have to make some this weekend.
